What data I collect
The only personal data collected on this site comes from the contact form: your name, email address, and message. This is submitted to Postmark, an email delivery service, which forwards it to my inbox. It is not stored in a database.
Purpose and legal basis
Your contact details are processed for the sole purpose of responding to your inquiry. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form and check the confirmation box.
How long I keep it
Submissions arrive as email and are kept for as long as the correspondence is relevant. To have your data deleted, email me at tomas@agler.net.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses no cookies, analytics, or tracking of any kind. The only thing stored in your browser is your acknowledgment of the cookie notice and your theme preference, saved in localStorage.
Third parties
Postmark (Wildbit LLC) processes contact form submissions for email delivery. No data is shared with any other third party.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data I hold about you. You can also object to processing or request that it be restricted. To exercise any of these rights, email tomas@agler.net.
